SALT
Scattered across thirty-two islands and cays, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines rises from volcanic peaks and rainforest into the silky black sand of the mainland's basalt shores, giving way south into the white sand and broken coral shores of the Grenadines, a landscape shaped as much by agriculture, migration and the sea as by geology.
Unlike its more travelled neighbours, Saint Vincent has never built itself around cruise piers or resort chains, leaving its skies darker, its waters quieter and its traditions closer to the surface, a country most travellers have still never set foot on.
SALT is the experiential hospitality house built around that setting, translating its natural and cultural range into original experiences: offshore wildlife expeditions, private stargazing, Vincentian food and wine, craft encounters and aerial exploration.

SALT looks for what deserves closer attention rather than what is simply passed through: a remarkable natural setting, a specialist with knowledge worth sharing, an ingredient with a story, an unusual perspective on the landscape, or an experience that could only make sense in these islands.
Each is then developed around that discovery, bringing together the right people, operators, equipment and hospitality, so the collection remains intentionally selective rather than expansive.

Our Story
SALT began with a question: what becomes possible when Saint Vincent & the Grenadines is explored with the same attention usually reserved for the world's most celebrated destinations? The answer was not to create more tours, but to look more closely, at the people doing exceptional work, the landscapes most visitors never reach, the ingredients and traditions hiding in plain sight, and the natural phenomena that become remarkable once someone knows where and how to look.
SALT brings these elements together as a collection of experiences designed specifically for the islands, curated with the eye of an editor and delivered with the warmth of a host.
