Shortly after take-off, the coastline begins to loosen into bays and headlands, volcanic mountains rising behind Saint Vincent as reefs appear beneath the sea and channels separate one island from another, until all thirty-two islands and cays begin to read not as isolated destinations, but as one remarkable archipelago.
SALT Air is being developed as an aerial safari across Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, not simply a scenic flight but a way of understanding the geography of a country most visitors never see whole, let alone from above. The aircraft is only part of the idea.
The Vision
An archipelago, read as one shape
On the ground, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines is experienced sequentially, one island, then another. From the air, those relationships become legible at once: volcanic land gives way to coral islands, reef systems appear beneath the surface, and at Tobago Cays the four-kilometre Horseshoe Reef reveals itself whole, enclosing its cays within a single visible curve of turquoise water.
SALT Air is conceived around that moment of recognition. The flight should provide more than a beautiful view, it should give the guest a new understanding of where they are.
What matters is what becomes visible from it.

Saint Vincent falls away
Guests board a small aircraft near the coast. Within minutes, mountain, town, bay and shoreline begin to appear as one landscape. The country starts changing scale.
The islands, one after another
The heart of SALT Air is a carefully considered routing across the Grenadines. From above, reefs, coastlines, channels and settlements reveal the physical logic of the archipelago in a way no map quite manages from the ground.
Interpretation should remain light enough to leave room for looking.
An arrival, not simply a landing
The flight does not need to end the experience. SALT Air may become the opening chapter of a longer private day: landing into Salt & Sorrel, continuing into another island experience, returning for SALT After Dark or forming part of a villa, yacht or hotel itinerary.
The journey from aircraft to what comes next should feel continuous.
The SALT Approach

- 03Hospitality: From briefing to ground transfers and whatever follows the flight, the experience should feel coherent rather than like an aircraft charter with branding added afterwards.

SALT does not intend to become an airline. The aviation component of SALT Air must remain in the hands of properly licensed, appropriately equipped aviation professionals. SALT's role is to create the guest experience around that capability: concept, routing ideas, interpretation, hospitality, positioning and integration with hotels, villas, yachts and other SALT experiences.
