SALT Kitchen is a hosted Vincentian cooking experience set in a private villa, where guests prepare a traditional meal alongside their host before sitting down to share it together.
The menu changes with the season and the people cooking it, but the rhythm remains the same: conversation first, cooking together, then a long table shared over dinner. The cooking is only part of the evening. What guests remember is the feeling of being welcomed into a kitchen that, for a few hours, feels like their own.

A villa, a welcome, a glass of wine
Guests are welcomed into a private villa kitchen with a glass of local wine, easy introductions, and a first look at the evening's ingredients and menu.
A menu made together
Guests prepare a traditional Vincentian meal together under gentle guidance, learning about local ingredients and techniques as they cook.
A table set for the view
As the final dishes finish cooking, guests return to the terrace for another glass while the table is prepared for dinner. Dinner is plated, considered and shared together, the villa theirs until it's time to go home.
